Trygve Fridstrøm

IT-consultant. Instructor in Acem Meditation. Yoga-instructor.

Trygve learnt to meditate in 1985, became an Acem Meditation instructor in 1992, and became an Acem Yoga instructor in 1999. He also plays the french horn. Trygve has a Masters Degree in Informatics from the University of Oslo.
