- The basic course usually runs over five weeks, one evening a week.
- Acem meditation is practiced sitting in a regular chair. You do not need a meditation cushion or other props.
- We recommend daily meditation for best results. This is important in the learning phase, later you decide for yourself how much you want to meditate.
